All sales are final. There are no refunds once a sequence is purchased. Sequences are digital downloads sold as-is, so please watch the preview video and read the product details before buying. If your file is defective and will not download or open, contact us and we will replace the file. A replacement file is the only remedy for a defective file. Contact us first if anything will not work, and import and mapping help is free.
